    Paste text or a text file before it goes into an AI tool. The scanner points to keys, tokens, card numbers, email addresses, phone numbers and your own confidential terms. The text stays in the browser.

  • Risks with owners

    Write each AI risk down with an owner, a score and a due date. The owner is alerted when it is overdue, and every change is kept in the activity trail.

Which prices do we pay?
The prices on this page, in New Zealand dollars, when you pay from New Zealand. The price list follows the country of your first payment and stays with your workspace after that.
Who counts towards a plan?
Everyone in the workspace, whatever their role. People who agree to a policy through an emailed link, without an account, do not take a place.
Does it make us compliant in New Zealand?
No tool can do that on its own. Teams in New Zealand work under the Privacy Act 2020, among other rules. Openn Shield keeps the records you may be asked for: which AI tools are allowed, who agreed to which policy version, and which risks you track. It is not legal advice; ask your adviser what applies to you.
Does the text we scan reach you?
No. The scanner runs in your browser and sends nothing with the text. When someone saves a scan, only a summary is kept: counts per rule and the highest severity, never the text or the file.
Where is our data kept?
On Google Cloud in Mumbai, India, behind Cloudflare. Encrypted backups are kept in the United States.
