Runs our server, database and backups.

Data: All account data and all workspace records · Location: United States (us-central1, Iowa)

Cloudflare, Inc.

Carries every request to our site, filters attacks and runs our domain’s name servers.

Data: IP address, browser details and the pages requested · Location: Edge servers worldwide

Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES)

Delivers the emails Openn Shield sends: sign-in codes and alerts.

Data: Names, email addresses and the content of those emails · Location: India

Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd.

Takes payments from workspaces in India, on Cashfree’s own payment page.

Data: Workspace owner’s name and email, plan and amount; the payment details you give Cashfree · Location: India

PayPal Payments Pvt. Ltd. and the PayPal group

Takes payments from workspaces outside India, on PayPal’s own page.

Data: Order number, plan and amount from us; the payment details you give PayPal · Location: United States and other PayPal data centres

Google LLC (Google Analytics)

Counts visits to our public pages, only for visitors who accept analytics. Never used inside the app.

Data: Page address, browser and device type, approximate location from the IP address, and a random visitor ID · Location: United States and other Google data centres

Changes to this list

We update this page before a new sub-processor starts handling customer data, and we email workspace owners at least 30 days ahead, as our data processing terms describe. To be told by email, or to object, write to privacy@theopenngroup.com.
