Paying for Openn Shield

How does the trial work?
Pick Starter, Growth or Business and pay $2 once. You get that plan for 7 days, every feature included. One trial per workspace, and it does not renew.
What happens when the trial or a plan ends?
The workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Everyone can still sign in, view everything and export it. Nothing is deleted.
How do we cancel?
There is nothing to cancel. Plans never renew on their own: each payment covers one month or one year, and the plan simply ends if you do not pay again.
Can we get a refund?
Payments are not refunded, except a trial paid when one was already used, which we refund within 3 working days. See the refund policy.
Can we change plans?
Yes. A bigger plan starts at once, and the days left on the old one count towards it. A smaller plan starts when the current period ends, and never removes anyone; adding people stops at its limit.
Who counts as a person?
Everyone in the workspace, whatever their role. Someone you remove stops counting at once.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices exclude local tax; as a business you account for it under the reverse charge. Every payment comes with an invoice.
